Clicking the link below will take you to the initial intake questionnaire used to help determine eligibility for services. Once completed, you will receive additional documents through the parent portal to review, complete, and submit.
Initial Assessment
A BCBA will be assigned to your child. If needed, we’ll request insurance authorization, which usually takes 5–7 days (private pay doesn’t require approval).
After approval, the BCBA schedules a 2-hour initial assessment with you and your child—caregiver interviews and direct observation—conducted in person or virtually based on your preference.
Plan Write Up & Submission
Following the observation and interview, the BCBA will spend approximately 5–10 days developing a comprehensive treatment plan for submission to insurance.
Once submitted, the insurance review and approval process typically takes between 5–14 business days.
Starting Services
Once approval is received, the team will assign a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly with your child. The RBT will be supervised and guided by the BCBA throughout the duration of services. The BCBA will also provide parent training to support you in implementing the skills outlined in your child’s treatment plan.
Ongoing assessments will be conducted by the BCBA every six months to monitor progress and update the plan as needed.
