Little Victories — ABA Services was founded by two professionals, who combined their expertise in applied behavior analysis and special education, each with more than a decade of hands‑on experience and a deep commitment to supporting children with autism and related developmental needs; having worked extensively in both school and clinical settings, our team blends clinical expertise with genuine empathy and steadfast dedication, cultivating warm, encouraging environments where progress—whether a milestone or a small step—is celebrated, families are welcomed as partners, and each child’s strengths guide purposeful, joyful growth.

About the Owners
Beginning their careers in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) over a decade ago, the owners have dedicated themselves to serving autistic individuals and their families across clinic, in-home, school, community, college, and residential settings. Their combined experience spans roles from Registered Behavior Technician and Behavior Technician to BCaBA, BCBA, Clinical Director, and Director of Operations, providing a comprehensive understanding of the ABA journey from intake through long-term growth and support.
With advanced graduate training in psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, child and adolescent development, and autism studies, they are committed to delivering compassionate, individualized, and evidence-based care. Their leadership philosophy centers on collaboration with families, clinical excellence, and empowering clinicians to create supportive environments where children and families can thrive.
