About Us

Little Victories — ABA Services was founded by two professionals, who combined their expertise in applied behavior analysis and special education, each with more than a decade of hands‑on experience and a deep commitment to supporting children with autism and related developmental needs; having worked extensively in both school and clinical settings, our team blends clinical expertise with genuine empathy and steadfast dedication, cultivating warm, encouraging environments where progress—whether a milestone or a small step—is celebrated, families are welcomed as partners, and each child’s strengths guide purposeful, joyful growth.

Our Core Values

  • We provide individualized, empathetic care that respects each child’s unique strengths and needs. Our goal is to create a supportive environment where every child feels valued and empowered to grow.

  • We work closely with families and other providers to ensure consistency and shared goals across all settings. Open communication and partnership are key to achieving meaningful outcomes.

  • We use evidence-based practices and data-driven strategies to track and support each child’s progress. Our focus is on achieving meaningful, observable outcomes that make a lasting impact.

  • We stay current with best practices and continuously refine our approach through ongoing learning. This commitment allows us to provide high-quality, effective care that evolves with the field.

“Working with this team has been a great experience. My supervisor quickly became a mentor and supported me through some of the most challenging times while I was earning my supervision hours. • Employee statement testimony:

As both a BCBA and someone who has worked directly alongside the owners, I’ve seen firsthand the level of care, leadership, and ethics they bring into this field. They genuinely care not only about client progress, but also about supporting their staff through balanced caseloads, open communication, and compassionate mentorship. They are the type of leaders who make you feel comfortable coming to them with anything, advocate fiercely for both families and employees, and are always willing to step outside their comfort zones to problem solve and ensure the best outcomes possible.
